What happens if we don't make overt hateful bigotry and the endorsement of political violence/terrorism TABOO again? We were only able to defeat the KKK by ostracizing them out of polite society. Failing to do so today guarantees that this hate will normalize and escalate into anarchy and violence that could very rapidly spiral out of control.

The Iranian oil sector is about to implode as they are running out of places to put the oil that has been drilled - once an oil well has been slowed down or even shut off, it collapses within itself making the entire area of that well unusable in the future. Any attempts to restart that drill or even start a new drill results in a flow that is less than 50% of the original well. All this meaning that the IRGC is gambling their future on their pride right now - something they have done notoriously in the past.

I would love to see an open, honest discussion on tariffs that isn't over-weighted with politics. Ideally, our employment mix in this country is one which provides good paying jobs for everyone who wants one and at the same time allows us to buy cheaper goods from outside the country in areas we don't need to compete with. Even non-political people would have difficulty on agreeing what is the best mix. I think what we are trying to do right now with tariffs is to restore a better balance to our system. But it is a transition phase and we should keep adjusting it over time.

Iron dome. This should be discussed. We want one. They are the model-size of Phoenix county.
