RFK sucks? It disappoints me to hear you say that. I’ve heard you say you don’t know a lot about some subjects and I truly wonder how much you’ve read and discovered on your own about him and his work. He’s nearly as misrepresented as President Trump, but until you spend countless hours reading I truly don’t understand how you can say this. Turning the food period upside down was one thing- logical. Getting pharma ads off tv is a must, lowering drug prices is essential, Trump’s team includes RFK Jr, they are fighting hard for us daily. I wish you would do some reading.

This was my favorite live from you yet! Loved you telling us about your love of fiction, the magical worlds we can become immersed in when reading, and some of your favorite books & authors. I could never be a politician either for so many reasons but like you, I could never live with myself if I lied. I do take issue with some of your understanding about ozempic and anhedonia. Dr. Drew hinted at the truth of the matter on your show Monday night but I won't get into it now .. I've got two meetings in a row coming up in a few minutes 😀 I'll try to come back this afternoon and explain what I mean.
As someone who was a survivor of (biological) father-daughter sexual abuse, I am SO grateful that you care enough about abuse survivors to take a break from Munro's writing. Behind every abusive monster is at least one woman who supports and enables him at the expense of the vulnerable (monsters cannot survive without enablers). However, Munro is dead - and one may be a monster yet produce good art. Being a monster might actually help, because monsters don't let their personal lives interfere with their work.
I despise Woody Allen as a "person" but I know he is a very talented film maker (those of us from the working class KNEW he was a creep long before the revelations of grooming and abuse came out - it is hilarious how support for Woody Allen is divided on class lines!)
Anyway, don't punish your sweet self for the crimes of others. You can love Munro's work without loving her.
I'm glad the president isn't letting himself be controlled by the opinions of trolls online. He is being cautious and deliberate, which is a very good thing.
