Resisting arrest as a result of obstruction is another crime. Being lawfully armed while obstructing violates the terms of carry permits in Minnesota which has a duty to retreat, not inject oneself into a law enforcement action. Being armed while obstructing and resisting arrest is galactically stupid as law enforcement may reasonably misinterpreted actions that’ll get one shot. And being shot under those circumstances are not murder as you claim. A reasonable action under the circumstances even if based on mistake means the officer is not criminally liable. But due to your youth, inexperience and ignorance I know none of this matters because you’re a doctrinaire leftist who doesn’t let facts or law get in his way. My advice to you is go armed to a protest, obstruct law enforcement, resist arrest and let’s see what happens.

Pretti puts himself between the woman and agent, and shoves the agent back, but without much force. Pretti then raises his left hand up in a surrender or placating pose, while still trying to record with his phone with his right hand.
The problem for Pretti is that, light or not, he has just applied physical force against a LEO.
The agent attempts to arrest Pretti.
Pretti resists.
Other agents join in. They notice, at some point, that he has a gun. Pretti does not appear to reach for the gun, in the videos I have seen, but does try to prevent agents from gaining control of his hands.

Tim Pool has a video breakdown where he uses multiple slo-mo views, to show the slide is forward when the agent first steps away from Pretti with the P320 in his right hand, but then the agents right arm moves abruptly as though some force has suddenly been applied. The pistol slide is suddenly rearward.
That event seems to coincide with the sound of the first, lone gun shot.
Almost immediately followed by a flurry of shots from the other ICE agents.
It really appears as though Pretti’s gun went off in the grey agent’s hand, and that gunshot made the other agents think Pretti had pulled his gun and was shooting at them.
